For this project, we excavated the site and mapped out the area using charcoal block paving bricks. From a wide range of coloured aggregate, our clients chose the St Ives blend aggregate. This was nice contrast with the charcoal block paving bricks while complementing the dark grey front door, tying the whole scheme together.

The final part of the process was to put a layer of crushed glass across the surface to prevent slipping and to create traction.
